Breakfast
1 medium, ripe banana mashed
2 cups almond milk
3 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup brown sugar
Pre-heat oven to 350.
In large bowl, whisk banana and milk until smooth.
Mix in the remaining ingredients until well combined.
Evenly divide the mixture into the muffin cups.
Bake 25 minutes or until firm.
Let cool before removing from the tin.
